Jair
Jair, originally from football-passionate Colombia, has extensive experience in youth football. In 2023, he led a junior and youth football academy in Ecuador. Jair has also played football in Colombia and professionally in Ecuador.
His mission is to inspire a love for the game through structured programs, intensive training, and mindset development—infused with South American flair. He is committed to helping every player reach their full potential. Jair currently plays for the Miramar Rangers team in the Masters League.
Rafa
Rafa, from Colombia, brings an innate love and extensive history with the beautiful game to his coaching role. His journey began at a young age, playing in Colombia's IDRD youth academy in Bogotá, continuing through college and university, and participating in London Sunday League tournaments.
In New Zealand, Rafa quickly committed to local development. He holds both Youth and Junior Coaching Licences from Capital Football, volunteers as a coach for Miramar Rangers for the last 7 years, and plays and co-coach in their Masters league team achievement 1st place the last 2 years. For the past three years, he has also coached at St Patrick's College, leading teams including Year 9, U15B, and the Development squad.
Driven by an infectious passion, his mission is to share his knowledge and instill technical skill, strong teamwork, and an enduring love for football in every player he mentors, mirroring the commitment he brings to coaching his own children.
