Saturday Morning Training Sessions: Find Your Group

Join us every Saturday morning for 90 minutes of high-energy, focused football development led by our experienced coaches. We offer tailored programs to ensure every player, regardless of age, gets the most out of their training.

Group 1: Foundation Focus (Ages 6 to 11)

Goal: Instill a deep, lifelong passion for football while mastering the absolute fundamentals.

This program is all about fun, engagement, and building confidence with the ball. We use dynamic games and imaginative drills to introduce basic techniques—dribbling, simple passing, and control.

Our focus is on motor skill development and high-repetition touches in a non-pressuriSed, supportive environment. Your young player will develop ball comfort, teamwork skills, and an enduring love for the game.

What to Expect:

  • High-energy, fun warm-ups.

  • Focus on keeping the ball close.

  • Plenty of time playing small-sided games (SSG) that encourage sharing and simple decisions.

Group 2: Refinement Focus (Ages 12 to 16)

Goal: Refine technical skills under pressure and develop crucial tactical awareness for competitive play.

This advanced session moves beyond the basics to focus on precision, speed of thought, and tactical execution. Players will work on quick-fire Rondo drills, complex passing patterns, and functional skills like the First Touch and quick transition under game-like pressure.

The program culminates in conditioned small-sided games that challenge players to think critically, create width, and successfully switch the point of attack. This is ideal for players ready to elevate their performance.

What to Expect:

  • Drills focused on timing and weighted passing.

  • Intensive work on receiving the ball and moving it into space.

  • Tactical debriefs that encourage critical thinking and high-level decision-making.
